How big are the homes?
Homes range from 2,009 to 3,517 square feet and offer thoughtfully designed floor plans with 3–6 bedrooms and 2.5–4.5 bathrooms, providing a variety of options to fit your lifestyle.
Can I tour the model homes?

Lake Club & Resident Amenities
Is the Lake Club open?
Yes! The Lake Club is open and ready for residents to enjoy. Amenities include the lakeside pool and spa, barbecue areas, library, kitchen, and a variety of inviting indoor and outdoor gathering spaces designed for relaxation, recreation, and connecting with neighbors.
Who can access the Lake Club?
The Lake Club is reserved exclusively for One Lake homeowners, except during select special events where prospective homebuyers are invited to experience the community and its amenities.
How do One Lake residents reserve the Lake Club for a private event?
One Lake residents can reserve select Lake Club spaces for private events by completing the reservation form on the Space Reservations page of the residents’ Lake Club website.
Do you need to reserve the parks for parties and gatherings?
You do not! Parks and community spaces are first come first serve.
Will One Lake be building a dog park?
Yes! One Lake has submitted plans for a dog park to the City and is currently working through the approval process. While a construction timeline has not yet been finalized, we’re excited to bring this amenity to the community. Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available!
Will there be a Sports Complex?
Yes! One Lake is planning a future Sports Complex as part of the community’s next phase of development. The plans currently include covered sports courts, a lap pool, and expansive grass fields that will be dedicated to the City for recreational activities like soccer and other community sports. The project is currently in the design phase, with construction drawings expected to be submitted to the City this fall. While a construction timeline has not yet been finalized, we’re excited about this future amenity and will be sure to share updates as they become available.
