To qualify, simply have your referral provide your name and address during their initial visit to the sales office before registering. $500 referral to be received upon closing.
Broker Referral Incentive: Earn $1,000
Real estate professionals can also take advantage of a limited-time referral opportunity, in addition to any commission being offered on the closing of a home.
Refer a client who purchases and closes on a new home at One Lake during the promotional period and receive a $1,000 broker referral incentive upon closing.

Eligible referring homeowners will receive a $500 reward after the referred buyer successfully closes escrow. To qualify for the Broker Referral incentive, the referring broker’s name must be provided to the sales representative at the buyer’s initial registration and documented in the purchase agreement. Eligible brokers will receive a $1,000 referral incentive after the referred buyer successfully closes escrow. Buyers who execute a purchase agreement during the promotional period and successfully close escrow will receive a $1,000 HomeGoods® gift card at closing.
